Automobile license (B)
Obtain the type B car license.
It authorizes to drive automobiles whose maximum authorized mass does not exceed 3,500 kg that are designed and built to transport no more than eight passengers in addition to the driver. These vehicles may have a trailer with a maximum authorized mass not exceeding 750 kg attached.
Motor tricycles and quadricycles: The minimum age to obtain it shall be eighteen years old. However, up to the age of twenty-one years old, it shall not authorize the driving of motor tricycles whose maximum power exceeds 15 kW.
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Permit required: None.
- Theoretical Tests to be taken: Common Theoretical Test.
- Practical Tests to be performed: Circulation Examination.
- Type of Vehicle: Automobiles whose MMA does not exceed 3,500Kg and mopeds.
- Valid for: LCM, LVA and A1 from 3 years of seniority.
