CONTRACT FOR DRIVING SCHOOL SERVICES

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The Driving School will provide the necessary classes to obtain the indicated driving license, with maximum dedication and efficiency, and with teachers who meet all the requirements demanded by the Regulation of Private Driving Schools.

2. The duration of the classes will be as follows:

   • Theoretical classes: 60 minutes.
   • Practical classes of maneuvers: 30 or 60 minutes.
   • Practical circulation classes: 45 or 60 minutes.

3. In order to be presented for examination, a joint certification of the Director and the Professor who has given the driving lessons shall be necessary, indicating that, in his opinion, the student has received the necessary lessons to obtain the requested license.
   If the student insists on taking the examination without this requirement, the Director of the School shall expressly state so, and the Provincial Traffic Headquarters shall decide in each case, as appropriate.

4. The school will charge registration fees as tuition.
   These fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

5. Except in duly justified cases authorized by the Traffic Headquarters, the student shall be accompanied during the road test by the teacher who has given him/her the practical training, who shall be responsible for the double command.

6. The School will ensure compliance with all the provisions of the legislation in force, as well as strict compliance with the obligations of the teaching staff, attending to any claim or complaint of the student in relation to the teaching received.
   In case of disagreement, the student has a book of complaints to express their complaints to the Provincial Traffic Headquarters.

7. The driving school will be in charge of the management before the Official Centers of all the necessary documents to obtain the driving license.

8. Any other amount of money to be received by the school on behalf of the student must be reflected in the contract, indicating the concept.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

9. This contract shall have a duration of 12 months from the date of signature.
   At the end of this period, the student shall not be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid in advance for the services to be received, except for the official fees, if these have not been disbursed to the corresponding body.

10. If the student renounces to obtain the driving license, he/she shall pay the amount of the services rendered by the school up to the date of the settlement of the contract, according to the prices outlined above.

11. The student will pay the driving school in advance the amount of the services to be received, as well as the amount corresponding to each exam.

12. The documentation required for the application for the driving license referred to in this contract must be provided by the student ten days prior to the corresponding call for applications.

13. The student must give at least 24 hours notice before the practical class.
    In case of failure to do so, the class will be counted as completed and the student will have to pay for it.
    If the student interrupts the practical classes for two consecutive days, he/she loses the right to the reserved hour, and the management may reserve this hour for another student.

14. The parties, for the resolution of any dispute arising from this contract that generates judicial litigation, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the place of fulfillment of the obligation that generates such dispute.

15. Under the provisions of Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, The School informs you that your data will become part of a file owned by the same, with the sole purpose of managing the relationship established in this contract.
    The School guarantees you the exercise of your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to the address indicated.

16. Calls: the provisions of Article 51 of the General Regulations for Drivers (Royal Decree 818/2009 of May 8) shall apply.

17. If the student wishes to change teachers or vehicles, he/she must notify the Director, who will decide on the matter.

18. The driving school reserves the right to change the teacher or vehicle for reasons of force majeure.

19. The amount of the official fees is subject to change depending on the variations that the DGT may make.

20. The Driving School reserves the right to modify the prices of the practical classes, notifying any change one month in advance through any accepted method of communication: in the office, signage, WhatsApp, email, blog, driving school portal, etc.

21. If the student takes advantage of any promotion or special offer, he/she will not be entitled to a total or partial refund of the amounts paid, with the exception of traffic taxes if they have not been paid to the corresponding agency.

22. The Driving School reserves the right to schedule and assign practical classes.
    The student accepts that the planning of the practical classes will be subject to the availability of the Driving School and agrees to adapt to the schedules offered.
